At Parrots Home, we take the health and well-being of our parrots seriously. We strive to provide you with happy, healthy, and well-socialized birds. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following Health Guarantee:

1. Health Certificate & Initial Check-up

  • All our parrots undergo a thorough health check by a certified avian veterinarian before being shipped or picked up.
  • A health certificate will be provided upon request.

2. 7-Day Health Guarantee

  • We guarantee that your parrot will be free from any life-threatening illnesses for seven (7) days from the date of arrival.
  • If any health concerns arise within this period, you must contact us immediately with a veterinarian’s report.

3. Long-Term Health Commitment

  • We ensure that our parrots are free from genetic disorders for up to one year from the date of purchase.
  • If a genetic defect is confirmed by a licensed avian veterinarian, we will offer a replacement parrot of the same breed and value.

4. Buyer’s Responsibility

To keep this health guarantee valid, the buyer must:

  • Take the parrot for a health check within 48 hours of arrival.
  • Provide a proper diet, clean living conditions, and adequate veterinary care.
  • Not expose the parrot to other birds immediately after arrival to prevent cross-contamination.

5. Exclusions from Guarantee

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Any injuries or accidents after the parrot has left our care.
  • Illnesses caused by improper care, environmental factors, or negligence.
  • Treatable conditions such as mites, stress-related symptoms, or minor infections.

6. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • If a licensed avian vet confirms a serious health issue within the guarantee period, we will offer a replacement parrot or store credit.
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and do not include shipping costs.
